SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Shipping/Delivery

 

After your order has been paid for with HedaLove Boutique, LLC, we need 1-3 days to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you would receive a notification to your email/phone,  with the tracking number.

 

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. If your order(s) is/are not delivered at the scheduled time, please contact us immediately or within 15 days. 

 

HedaLove Boutique, LLC does not provide Express Shipping for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

There is free domestic shipping with a minimum purchase of $53.00.

Returns/Exchange Policy

 

We want you to enjoy your purchase(s) with HedaLove Boutique, but if you are not completely satisfied, we would gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of the date of purchase.

 

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in good condition, and any items returned after 30 days there would be no refund provided. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return Shipping Fee Policy

 

Return Shipping is free on your 1st return package for any order. You must use the return label ("Return Label") we provide (See "Return Request Process" section below for details), then send the return package to us postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date.

If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and a $8.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that additional returns must also be postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us to verify within 15 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 30 days of the order date.
